E.g., shop has the usual array of tools, equipment, fluids, etc. but it is also very colorful, with an eclectic blend of art throughout – even the bathroom “the Design Studio” is a blend of classical and art deco styling).
Quality, Personalized Customer Service – treat every customer like a “VIP”; listen to the customer and ask questions to make sure the customer’s needs are fully understood; free pickup and delivery of both bikes and customers.
Attention to Detail in everything that represents the shop (correspondence, the way the phone is answered, appearance of the shop, personnel, and vehicles, etc. E.g., to mechanics working on the bikes --- “treat it like you own it”).
